Excerpt from "The House On V Road"

Karen stood in the doorway of the kitchen and watched in petrified horror as the table flew across the room smashing against a far wall. The chairs began twirling in small circles around the tiled floor like ballerinas in a ballet dancing to the orchestra. An instant later the cabinet doors burst open and her dishes began smashing down onto the counter spewing shards of broken glass in every direction. The terrified woman clinched her fists and screamed "Stop it! Stop it now!" As quickly as it had begun the room fell silent.
